The condo was nicely appointed, loved having the washer/dryer in the unit, shower was great and a walk-in! My husband has mobility issues and it was a little difficult for him to get to. The bed was not as comfortable as I would have wished, along with the pillows...but we are in our 70's😁😉 and need something at ground level in the future.

Summer respite at the base of Mount Werner
This is a very clean, well appointed unit that has been updated with a modern kitchen and bathroom. And a very nice steam shower. Guessing that the complex was built in the 1980’s or 90’s.

Great value and a fun location.
Everything was exceptional. If you rent this property, take the gondola up to the sunset party at the top. The only issue was with the property’s communal hot tub. It was way over heated but after one message to the management team it was taken care of.

This unit has everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary items; easy to get to nearby state parks, several hiking trails, restaurants, etc. Steamboat Springs has so much to offer and this property was comfortable for our stay there.

Nice place!
We love Steamboat - but this time we were there to catch up with a friend who lives up there. When we VRBO, we like to have a place with some beauty where we can have an extended quiet time in the AM, hike etc during day, and come back and cook and chill (wine) in the evening. This was great for this. Nice looking kitchen. Decent deck etc...

Nice place, except for the walk to the bus. Need directions to get to the roundabout for the bus stop. Was not very specific. Shuttle for ski area is too far to walk , should have a drop at the front door.

Christmas in Steamboat
Location is convenient to get on/off the slopes, easy walk to base area and to catch bus to downtown. Steam shower was brilliant. Condo was quiet without any road or other noise. A few aging niggles that I have emailed property management company about, but none that would prevent overall enjoyment of a stay.

Property is as it appears in photos. Great one bedroom for a couple. Ski in - walk out location. Television is a little quirky - Dish network picture comes in and out. Fireplace heat is great - definitely toasty. Loved the hot tub.

Cozy Getaway
Elevator was a pleasant surprise and made toting stuff from our car easy. Kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed having a couple water bottles and even some trail mix provided for our Mad Creek hike. The location is great, not far from town and close to a number of hiking trails.

Great location to all parts of Steamboat!
This property is super cute for a long weekend stay! The amenities are up to date, you can watch all football games on the tv, the view from the patio is beautiful, and it is incredibly homey and comfortable for 2 people! We enjoyed being close to the Hot Springs and Fish Creek Falls. Our only negatives are that the provided pillows are very thin and the mattress is not that comfortable (subject to personal opinion, of course.). Also, having A/C in the unit could have made it more comfortable. Overall, we really appreciated the hospitality from the hosts and the coziness of this unit!

Nice unit - a box or two of Kleenex would be my only suggestion. Also, put a mat under the lock box cabinet so that when someone drops a key, it doesn't fall through the holes into the rocks below.

Great condo rental
We loved staying at this condo. The location is central to everything including the ski resort and downtown Steamboat Springs. The kitchen was fun to cook in, the shower was high quality, the condo was nice and quiet, the bedroom was cozy and comfortable, the view from the balcony was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
