“A comfortable and enjoyable stay. Room was clean comfortably and so cosy! We were made to feel so welcomed and they kindly accommodated a veggie breakfast for us. “This is a beautiful inn inside and out with great inside and outside dining facilities as well. If you only think to visit Hay-On-Wye dyring the book festival you are missing out on all the other wonderful attributes of the region. “We booked the Garden Suite which was a lovely room with stunning views. Unfortunately on the first night there was a young family in the room above us and they were pretty noisy jumping up and down. I asked reception to have a polite word which they did. My only other negative was the bed; the mattress was so hard it was a killer. The hotel did put a duvet directly onto the mattress but I think having the option to have a topper would have been better, especially given the luxury sell of the……
