"The check in process was awkward. You had to use a phone and wait for someone to come on a tv screen. This was frustrating. I also called multiple times about a clogged toilet and no one came. I then found a maintenance person walking around and he came to help me. "

The power in the bathroom went out our last day, but it was just the toilet/shower area so it wasn't a big deal to work around it. The both hot tubs in the building were not working and it looked like the out of service sign had been there for a while. So expect to trudge to another building if you want to go in a hot tub. "
