"Beautiful location. Exceptional scenery. Front desk staff was courteous, but rule-following and at points. Getting a late check out when the hotel was less than full on a mid-day week (Wednesday) in April after snow was ridiculous. I was made to feel like I was putting everyone out. it was obvious that entire wings and floors were empty. I was told my room was rented for the next day. Then, I was given an extended stay, but only after signing up for the “club,” whatever that is. Then, exactly...

"There’s no room service available at the Inn so after 4 days the trash was overflowing. We also ran out of toilet paper. Also, breakfast used to be so much better. They reduced the offerings of the continental breakfast and started offering items a la carte which is all fine but for the price, I’d expect at least some basic bread and butter at the buffet. It was a bit disappointing this time."

"We were upgraded to the Breton Arms property, which is much nicer than the Lodge. Still way behind the Omni Mount Washington Resort. Dining is very difficult. Reservations need to be made waaay in advance. And there isn’t anywhere else to eat. We had to buy a pizza 30 miles away and take it back to our room, so we could eat at a normal time. "
