The property was just perfect for 2 families to spend a long weekend. The setup was nice, included chairs, and umbrella for beach that we used. The pool access and beach access were super convenient!

Family Beach Vacay
We had an amazing stay at the Dauntless Cottage!! You can’t beat the location, steps away from a beautiful beach and two heated pools. We had a 2 year old and a 10 month old with us so the short walk to the pool/beach was perfect. The house was immaculate with all the amenities. There are also tons of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We were very happy with our stay and can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!

The cottage is as stated on website - clean and good location. As far as housekeeping recommendations: the kitchen s lacking measuring cups/spoons, mixer is not functional, only one trash bag for the kitchen trash can and only one paper towel roll.

Perfect house for family vacation
This was our second time renting a house on this street. We enjoyed our previous stay at the first house, but this house surpassed our expectations. The layout was perfect for our family, which included my husband and I, my parents, and our two boys. We have a 3 year old and a 1 year old so having the door at the top of the stairs to be able to close while they slept was great for completely blocking out all noise from downstairs. There was plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for cooking, and we enjoyed time on the upper deck in late afternoon and evenings. I would recommend that the toaster be replaced as it seemed to be malfunctioning and possibly a fire hazard. We will definitely be booking another family vacation at this property!

Great beach rental
The property was beautiful- well stocked kitchen and super clean. The bugs were horrible as we walked to the beach but that didn’t have anything to do with the rental- it was fantastic, the mosquitoes were not.

This was perfect accomkdations for my wife, myself, my son his wife, two teenage grandaughters, my daughter and her husband. We enjoyed our week there and called it "Camp Trammell".

Family Beach Trip
Good experience overall. Nice property. Few very minor maintenance issues with didn’t effect our stay at all. Long walk to beach but this is the case I suspect for any properties in the East Beach area. Will stay again in the future.

Excellent rental
This is the 2nd house we have rented in Coast Cottages. They are in a great location with good access to the beach and the swimming pools are a real plus. The house is well maintained and served the 8 of us very well. My only very small suggestion is for at least one large skillet that can cook recipes for 8. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. Having rented in St. Simon's for over 25 years, this is one we would definitely rent again.

First time in SSI and the location is great. The house was perfect for our size group (4 adults, 3 kids) and the short walk to the beach was great. The living room is a bit small for everyone but otherwise the house is a good size and layout.
