This cozy studio is located off an alley which runs between 3rd and 4th Avenue, S in the Central Oak Park neighborhood in St. Pete. The studio is actually a separate building in the rear of a home. There is a secure, gated patio area and “off alley” parking for one vehicle. I drive a larger SUV and getting into the space was a little tight but I managed to fit between the fence posts.
The studio was clean and fairly well equipped. It would sleep 2 comfortably. I read reviews where as many as four stayed there, but that seems pretty tight for the space, about the same as a regular motel room.
Be aware that Central Oak Park is a neighborhood in transition. Many homes are undergoing renovation and updating, but some are a run-down. The studio is two blocks from family members so the location was perfect for me - a five minute walk to my sister’s home. It’s also quite convenient to downtown St. Pete and the beaches.
I would definitely stay there again.
