Great residence and location!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this gem right on the beach. Enjoyed grilling our dinner on the pool deck watching the sun set over the gulf!

Great beach condo

Condo had everything we needed for our beach vacation. Accurate description of the location and facilities, and great communication from the property manager. In all, a perfect beach rental that we’d definitely choose again if visiting this area.

We enjoyed our spring break trip. This is a great location with a short walk out to the beach and a great pool. Plenty of restaurants and fun things to do nearby.

This home was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was clean and beautifully furnished AND it was just steps away from the sand! We really appreciated the beach accessories that were included (towels, beach chairs, umbrella).

Great for a family vacation

Great location, very clean condo and great access to pool and beach. Our family had a great time in this condo and we love to cook. There was plenty of kitchen tools and a grill be the pool to boot. This was a great family experience.

Beautiful place

This place was very nice and had everything ww needed and more. A very convenient location and it was nice sutting on the balcony watching the birds at the bird sanctuary next door. Would definitely stay there again. The property manager was very quick to respond and had great communication skills.

Great experience overall. Was a little wary entering the building because it is an older property but the unit itself is fully renovated. Great location with a quick walk through the building to the beach. Debi (property manager) responded promptly to VRBO inquiries and was very helpful.

Lovely place

The condo was in a great location and beautifully decorated. We intend to stay in the future. The beach was wonderful. The bird sanctuary was amazing. It was fun seeing the pelicans and other birds hanging out. The smell wasn’t great but you get used to it and the beauty won our hearts.

Condo was perfect. We enjoyed the bird sanctuary next door. If you are not a bird lover I would recommend you stay on the other side of the complex.

Manager Debi was easy to deal with. Check in was with a lock box. Beach towels available (although we brought our own as we hadn’t checked). Kitchen essential and beach chairs a plus. Evening games a bonus. Visit the bird sanctuary just outside the condo!

Beautiful Condo

This condo was exactly as listed. Clean, well-maintained condo with a great pool and right on the beach. We have a family of 6 and we were all able to fit. There is a queen size air mattress in the condo which was nice. I hadn't seen it listed, so that was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this condo. Very nicely equipped even for a family of 6!

Life's a beach

The property was excellent and accurately described. The beach lovely. However the lift being out of action for the whole of our stay was a problem as carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs was hard going and the same with shopping. The only item I would add to the property would be a kettle, making a decent cup of tea with a coffee maker does not work.

We will certainly be back!

This location was simply wonderful. The condo was open, spacious and immaculate, not to mention solid. We took our little girls (4 and 1.5) on a long weekend get away and felt so comfortable that we were not a nuisance to the neighbors or condo underneath us because, you know, little kids are loud and run around, but you could tell the floors and walls were solid. It was well supplied from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to everything you'd need for the beach which was very convenient as well. The pool was a blast and the deck was huge so we were able to keep our space from others. The only thing I could mention negatively (which has nothing to do with the condo itself), is that the smell outside (on the balcony) was a bit off putting at first due to the bird sanctuary, but honestly we got used to it pretty quickly and just avoided being out there at the hottest points of the day (that's when it smelled the most potent because of the heat and feeding time). Overall we loved it and will definitely be back again.
