Lounging in luxury!
Amazing! We enjoyed the property and the area. The management company was the best we have ever encountered and they went above and beyond to help make our trip memorable. We would highly recomend The Seaside Property Shoppe (property mgmy company)--they know the area, they worked hard to deal with variables, and they were creative with solutions and options. I will strive to use them again based on this eperience. Property was clean and stunning! No negatives to report at all! Worth every penny we spent and more!

Spring Break 2024
We had a fabulous stay in March for Spring Break. The house was just like described and had everything we needed including plenty of beach towels and chairs. The beach was just a short ride away and was so beautiful. Tons of local restaurants made dining out fun and delicious. The house also had a great kitchen that made eating in a breeze. Taylor from Seaside Property was great at answering questions and always quick to respond. Overall it was a great week and we would definitely go back!!

Needs Some Work
Arrived to dirty living areas and a dirty pool. Management company sent another cleaner in on Sunday which we appreciated. Pool remained dirty until the pool repair company came on Thursday afternoon to replace the filter after stating “ that’s pretty dirty”. We realize this is not the fault of the property management company but still disappointing because we did not feel comfortable swimming in the pool after finding and using pool test strips under the kitchen sink. I did end up paying for a night at a nice hotel so we could enjoy swimming in clean pools for 2 days. The patio table is extremely cheap and missing a chair. It only rained once the week we were there but also rained in the house due to two separate areas in the ceiling that have water damage and have not been repaired. This lead to water streaming down from the ceiling onto the floor (I have video). The house is not well maintained by the owners (weeds and landscape included). The Nest alarm went off one evening upon entry, extremely loud, would not shut off. We were not ever given a solution for this other than to unplug it (didn’t help), wrap it in towels and place it in the garage in a cooler until it died. Pros: the house is well laid out, the master bedroom shower is fantastic, the location is good, the view is beautiful and the beach is pretty. The management company is also responsive in a timely manner. We made the best of it because we were all together.

We had a enjoyable stay in Indian Rocks! The house was clean and the property Manager, Taylor, was very responsive to minor concerns during our stay. It would be great if there were more or updated cooking utensils. Otherwise, I would recommend this property.

Christmas Vacation at Indian Rocks Beach
The house was perfect! It had everything we needed, it was clean and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The layout of the house and bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our 20 year old sons and their wife and fiance. We had a lot of together time, along with space to get away. Mornings drinking coffee, visiting and watching dolphins was especially memorable. Thank you for a perfect stay! The beach and the sunsets were beautiful too!

Beautiful gem on the bay
Check in was very simple. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. There were plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. We were able to see an abundance of wildlife off the back deck. Neighborhood was quiet.

Pure relaxation at it's finest!
A great trip to Indian Rocks this year! We decided to stay on the intercoastal versus the beach and I loved the separation between the two. We rented a golf cart and I would highly suggest it. It's quite a distance with all the beach gear in tow! The house was very spacious with each bedroom having It's own bathroom and a large open kitchen/living area. The only complaint I have is that the kitchen could use some sprucing and some additional equipment to make it functional. The view made up for it tenfold though! Property management was available in real time and provided everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Tremendous property. Great views and property. Neighborhood was very quiet, safe, and welcoming. Convenient location but far enough off main drag to feel like a sanctuary. Would highly recommend to families looking for a nice space to hang together and relax.

My family and my sisters family stayed here for a week during Christmas break. We had a great time. The house was well equipped but it is a good 15 minute walk to the beach which proved to be a bit challenging with children but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous view, great fishing, perfect stay!
This property is fantastic! We were able to see manta rays, lots of birds, fish, and dolphins right from the patio. There are fishing rods available for use and my children caught quite a variety of fish right off the dock. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach is just across the street (5 minute drive). The kitchen does not have a ton of pots/pans/dishes to cook with, so keep that in mind if you are doing a lot of cooking. Lots of space to spread out, close to some great restaurants and parks, and overall wonderful property. If we were return to the area, I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property. Lots of outdoor sitting area. Pool area is small but look past that and you’ll see dolphins, birds, fish, ducks. Very peaceful! Beds in two rooms could use updating but each bedroom had their own bathroom. Close to beach and tons of restaurants. Very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful property located in a quiet neighborhood . Backyard and pool area so beautiful and relaxing. Even saw dolphins swimming a few times .Very nice open concept in the living room and kitchen. Close to all the restaurants and 2 minutes driving to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

The pool was dirty from construction that was going on the day before we arrived, the manager took care of it ASAP. The house is beautiful, the beds are comfy and pool was warm. We seen dolphins everyday, sting rays a few times and a family of manatees once. We would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean. The weather was great this time of year. The property is about a 15 to 20 minute walk from Indian rocks Beach. We were able to fish off of the dock. The pool is kept around 81 to 83°F. The property managers were easy to reach. There are many food and grocery locations which are very close and often have delivery via Instacart or Uber eats. The only downside was the quality of the cookware.
