Comfortably cute
this little one bedroom is where you want to be! Quiet location, but close to everything! Clean, has everything you need. we went for the blues fest and to see Shaw Davis at the Dunedin Brewery, and we would definitely stay there again.

Gem of a cottage close to everything you could want!
This perfect little cottage is a true gem. Spacious, clean, well equipped, and perfectly situated in a quiet street a few minutes walk from everything. We loved it here and highly recommend it for a couple who like to eat out and also cook and eat locally bought food/take away meals.

Nice and Quiet Cottage
Cottage 1 was nice, clean and as advertised. Great location in Dunedin on a quiet street. I stayed there a week. Owners were quick to communicate with me on questions. There is no dishwasher so you have to hand wash dishes depending on length of stay. Also no ice maker in refrigerator freezer.....have to use two ice trays. But these are minor issues and good reminder of daily conveniences we take for granted . I would stay there again and would recommend it for one to two people.

Fantastic stay
This adorable cottage was perfect for our stay in Dunedin. It is very clean and well-stocked (including extras such as toiletries, coffee, laundry soap, and even a few snacks). The location was perfect - an easy walk to downtown but not too close to the noise. Kathy is an excellent host and Dan even helped us resolve a car problem when we were leaving.

Great stay close to downtown
Everything about this property was amazing! The location could not be beat. It was in a great neighborhood just a very short walk to all the downtown shops, restaurants, and activities. I stayed by myself, but it would have been completely comfortable for two adults. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for yourself. Coffee pods and creamer were available, too, which was great. There were spare towels, extra blankets, beach chairs, beach and rain umbrellas, and a fan. Having access to a washer and dryer was also convenient. Kathy was in communication at the time of booking, shortly before my arrival, and just before checkout. I had no issues at all, but I’m certain that if I needed to reach out, she would have responded immediately. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect long weekend.
We had a great time visiting Dunedin. This location is walking distance to restaurants, marina and much more. Checkin was easy and the cooler, chairs and beach umbrella were much appreciated! The host thought of everything.

Comfy and close to town.
Rental is set up very nicely. Bed is comfy and air conditioning and fans easy to control and work well. Nice patios are inviting for drinks, meals or just reading. Dunedin Main Street is a short walk away, where many restaurants, bars and shops are waiting to serve you. And you can park your rental car in the provided space. Which comes in handy in a down pour. Do take a look in the bedroom closet for beach chairs and an umbrella.
