Gameroom - Can be accessed from the laundry room, with a comfy couch, 65" TV, lots of board games, air hockey, basketball, ping pong, poker table, and foosball. Fishing gear is accessible as well for your enjoyment. A pool table is located near the dining area.

Outdoor - A private heated pool, and dining table seat 8 guests with a BBQ available, leading to a dock with plenty of seating and tanning beds. Has access to the ocean using your boat.

Rooftop - Bedrooms 5 and 6 have direct access to the rooftop. Plenty of seatings with string lights, a fire pit, and a bar are available

Driveway - Can hold up to 6 cars. Please do not park on the grass or the street!

Under 50 degrees Fahrenheit, (outside temperature), The pool heater shuts itself off.

Pool spa- important to know-
Is a part of the pool water system! The pool and spa will be at the same temperature! For example, the pool is on 90 the spa will be 90 as well)
* Please note! NO SWIMMING IS ALLOWED AT THE CANAL!
* Home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times.
* No daily cleaning services. Please check the online Tourist Portal for additional services available.
* All TVs are ROKU (smart TVs) for online streaming. No Cable.
* We may have scheduled maintenance workers e.g. lawn care, pool maintenance, and repair work that may need access to the home or yard. We will notify you beforehand of scheduled services.
* Safety devices installed: Ring Device on the front door. Exterior security cameras both at the front and back of the house. Patrolling Security. Noise decibel monitoring system inside

** To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

* BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. The property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind that may result from the use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use a ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.
