It's situated directly across the lake from the train station with great walks starting just along the street. It wasn't so good on the little things that you would normally expect; no hand soap, face wash, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, etc. Personally, given that it came with a kitchen, I would expect a few basics items such as condiments and paper towels. "The location is great! The check in was one hour later than stated so we had to hang around the hotel opposite for a couple of hours with our luggage. Also, it was difficult to communicate with the host as there was no English. The second bedroom is small and really only suitable for children. The host was very kind to allow us a late check out. TV did not work so we could not get Apple TV or Netflix working. Overall ok but could have been better."

"This place is about 20 minutes from city center, not far from the lake. There is a Lidi supermarket at the ground floor. Watch out - the room lacks some of the basic necessities, not even a box of tissues. The electric stove does not work in the room, so we just eat out. We have been to a few different hotels and apartments in Switzerland during our trip. so far this is the worst place we have been to. "

We new it would be somewhat isolated so we brought a few food items because the kitchen was advertised. Olny one pot. No frying pan. "We really enjoyed our winter vacation in the small apartment. The children were able to play around the house because no cars could drive in the immediate vicinity due to the winter conditions.There was also the opportunity to go sledding right in front of the house. The ski lift was also only a few hundred meters away.The board games and the electronics kit were also met with great enthusiasm.Many thanks to Alex and Erica."

"This property appears to have remodeled and non remodeled apartments. Apt 9 is not remodeled and on the third floor ( no elevator). The bath and bedroom ceilings slope and are dangerous for anyone over 6’. They claim it has three twin beds but it’s really two twins and a cot. This apt comes with no hand soap ( I’ve stayed in hotels in Cambodia and Laos that provide hand soap), no dish soap, no sponge or dish towel to clean dishes ( kitchen did have one hand towel. "Our stay was fabulous. Room was comfortable with all the basic necessities. In the middle of everything. The restaurant downstairs is good. The buffet breakfast was great and the older lady that was our waitress was the sweetest!!!! The view from the rooms (we had 2 rooms) was spectacular. I will confess, my absolute favorite part was the Roo Bar. The music, the ambience, the people, bartender, was so much fun. It was the perfect little get away from the kids. The most perfect way for parents to enjoy drinks while snow is falling. Simply magical. Already planning another trip to this MAGICAL town, and we will definitively stay at this hotel again. "
