I had a amazing stay on the Sandy property. Our entire process from check in to check out was absolutely amazing. David was extremely accommodating the entire way and was able to provide that personal homely feeling to our stay. He was extremely attentive to any needs or concerns for the property and very responsive. Overall a wonderful experience. I would definitely book again if I’m in the St. Joseph area again. Amazing

We had a great stay at this home! It was clean, well stocked, beautiful, and very convenient to the college! The beds were very comfy, the shower was amazing and the furniture was very comfortable as well! David made the check in process very simple and we even extended our stay two nights and he took care of everything with a quick phone call. Thank you so much! We will be back for sure!

Very Clean, had lots of extra's you don't normally find when renting for a weekend. We were very satisified with our stay and would recommend this property and owner to anyone who is wanting to stay in the St Joe MO area.

Excellent Place to Stay
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean with all of the expected conveniences. Nice extra touches such as LED night lights in the hallway and bathroom, Alexa units in each room, and a video tour by David of all of the house features. Also got to meet and visit with David in person. Great host! If we are in the area in the future, would definitely like to stay here again.
