There were children running around in the halls, screaming and banging on doors all night. Called reception but nothing was resolved. I guess the kids finally got tired around 1:00am. Do not stay here with infants or toddlers who are light sleepers. Dreadful.

Super clean, beautiful decor and super friendly staff. Only issue was the pool area. The tiles were hard to walk on without slipping. Other than that everything was great.

The room was great. The pool was great. The only disappointing thing about our stay was the restaurant at the hotel “Amelia’s”. After a long day out we came back to relax and go for food. Unfortunately, there was a minimum wait of 45 minutes to order food or sit down. The option was to come back in 45 minutes or try somewhere else. With only about half the tables or less accompanying people the restaurant was severely understaffed. Like the other 10 people waiting in line we decided to go elsewhere. However, people with mobility issues or no car rental would have been put into a dire situation for supper. The restaurant manager needs to recognize when the hotels busy and consider staffing up appropriately to handle the business. I would like to add that the staff who were working were moving efficient and effectively keeping up with what they could. They all deserve a raise.
