「 I ordered a room with a jet hot tub from the web site .Yes I paid extra for the room .I was informed by the office that none of the rooms had jet tubs,they was in the middle of a remodel. 「The motel had its own parking and it was free. Free breakfast, too! Close by the shopping center and theater. Eating restaurants near by! Bathroom was kind of gross with mold starting to form in the ceiling from not having vent system for all the shower moisture. 」

「We stay at this property frequently when visiting K-State. It's just across the street from the student union and a short five minute walk to Aggieville. We love it for that reason. However- the facility is showing its age. The rooms and bathrooms have paint chipping, grout that is coming off and the last few times the ironing boards have been covered in stains. 「My favorite when we stay there when we ask if we could move to the pool view, the lady that work there she don’t ask for additional payment and very nice people from the front desk. And their cookies are so good! Only I noticed no microwave and their coffee is only one time I mean only good for one day even you stay for couple days. But over all it’s really nice and we will stay again. ❤️」
