“My husband and I stayed for two nights as we explored Zion and Bryce. The host was extremely good with communicating before , during and followed up after. The house was clean and beds/pillows were super comfy. It had all the things needed for an enjoyable stay. Beautiful backyard that was private and had a fire pit and pergola to enjoy evening meals. Would 100% recommend! ”

“This was exactly as the listing described. Immaculate house. Easy instructions comforts beds and furniture. Full kitchen and dining room. Best landscaping on the street. 20 min drive to Springdale. ”

“The patio was my favorite part of this place. Very cute and shaded in the afternoon, which was amazing since it was still 100° at 6:00 PM. The house didn’t have the best instructions other than checkout instructions.It took us hours to realize there was central AC (the house was set to 84° when we arrived). The house is listed as a 3 BEDROOM, but it’s only a 2 BEDROOM, with a pullout couch in the living room. Linens for the couch were found but the label was not obvious. It was very……

“Only nice part of this hotel was the staff was nice. Lobby is deceiving! Rooms were bad enough I canceled my second night and went to another hotel. Literally the worst continental breakfast ever. I will not stay here again and pray they update soon. ”

“Right on the golf course & Clean and well cared for. Hosts were amazing and gave very clear instructions. Definitely would stay again. Parking is a challenge if you have a trailer. ”

“This property is perfectly located for exploring outdoor pursuits in southwest Utah. It is very close to Zion National Park as well as many local attractions. My son's and I were bouldering in Moe's Valley and this was a perfect location. The property owner was extremely helpful. We arrived in town early and he was able to get us checked in early on this particular occasion. Great experience!”
