「The heating was not on in the hotel. As it was cold on the evening the receptionist supplied us with a convecter heater. Top marks for a very helpful receptionist. The towels were rather thin and hard. I would have expected thick, fluffy towels. The breakfast was very good with a nice menue.. However, I would prefer to help myself instead of waitress service. This may have been due to not many people staying there.」

「Excellent and easy check in, evening meal was very nice and competitively priced. 「Great place to stay for a few days. I was looking for somewhere just outside of Cardiff for a few days for a break on my way down to London, turned out to be a very convenient stay and great value too. My room was nicely heated, comfortable bed, good water pressure and clean. The Hotel has a nice bar downstairs for a Friday night drink (very quiet too).
