You enter the house via a loggia and enter the entrance area - you recognize the same - old trift on modern! The light gray of the tiles in the hall fits perfectly into the building's style, as does the kitchen-cum-living room. In the living and dining room is an oak parquet floor laid, the extravagant tiled stove (connected to central heating) brings comfort in the cold season.
Upstairs you have two bedrooms and a children's room, and a large but designed bathroom, with sink, toilet, bath and walk-in shower.
