“We loved being so close to the beach and also to town! The home had plenty of room for five adults! The beds were super comfortable…(a high priority)…And the couch was also huge, and comfortable for everyone to sit on at the same time! The neighborhood was nice and quiet! We enjoyed coming back to the house after the great restaurants we visited! There is some construction going on one house down but, it looked like they were very close to being finished! Thank you again! We hope to see you……

“This home is so comfy with great view of the ocean from the upstairs porch. Nice yard for our dog, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants in all directions.Glenn is so helpful and responds quickly to any questions.”

“Loved how close it was to downtown St Augustine which is my favorite city. We normally stay at the beach but wanted something different for for 25 & 22 year old sons. They fished off shore and then we cooked the fish at the well stocked condo. Only downside was the pool was not heated and the first of March can be chilly in northern Florida. I would definitely return. ”

“We can't say enough great things about this home. The home is beautiful and nestled a short walk from St. Augustine's historic district. We were impressed with the lovely furnishings. There was plenty of space for our two families and 3 dogs. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. We walked with the 4 kids to the historic district and back twice to shop and check out the lights. We stopped to get some hot cocoa and check out the jail along the way. We hope to stay there……

“This was the perfect place for a girls weekend away. Right around the corner from the pool and the walk to the beach gave all the Florida feels. The house was great, comfortable couch and decorated super cute. We loved our stay.”

“This property had a smell that took us serval washings to get out of our clothing. It permeated everything we took into the property. They have an obvious problem with moisture even the refrigerator was rusty from moisture. It just felt dirty as a consequence. This property is a great location which is why we booked it but we so regretted staying there. Bathroom/shower very nice and best part of the property however the towels were so thin and poor quality it took several just to get damp dry.……
