Great rental for Butler Beach!
The house was clean and a good size for our family, with convenient beach access. We appreciated the additional chairs, umbrellas, and cart available in the garage. Our family particularly enjoyed the United States puzzle in the living room. The pool was also clean and a great addition to our beach days. We would definitely rent this house again! Check-in and check-out were seamless, allowing us to focus on having fun on our vacation instead of stressing out. Thank you so much!

Nice property. A bit awkward to get to beach. Amenities good. Could use a few throw blankets upstairs. Annoying & inconvenient the actual address came in just one day ahead of arrival.

Enjoyed staying at the Mermaid House
The house was clean, decorated very nicely; the layout is comfortable and all the rooms a good size. The house was well stocked with linens and a wide variety of dinner/cookware and even lots of items for the beach and pool. Overall very good. We had an issue with a smoke alarm that kept chirping and the property mgr responded very promptly about getting it fixed--I really appreciated the communications and quick response! The only negatives--there were some broken items perhaps overlooked by the maintenance team, the worst of which was the pocket door on one bedroom wouldn't close all the way. For that reason, I didn't give 5-star overall rating; but I'd say it's 4.7 stars. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little place
The house was perfect for our family weekend in St. Augustine. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. They had two beach umbrellas, plenty of chairs, and a wagon to pull everything to the beach. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk from the property so was a little long with a baby but wasn't awful. Might be tough for toddlers or smaller kids.

Wonderful management!
Due to some very last minute circumstances out of anyone’s control we were unable to actually stay at this property. However, Lauren quickly communicated with us and went beyond to accommodate my family and I. I highly recommend them based on the communication and professionalism displayed! Wonderful summer vacation
We had a wonderful summer vacation with our family (2 adults, 2 girls). The house is nice and very clean, good size of rooms. Calm Neighborhood. Close to the beach (short walk). Beach equipment as shown on the fotos was very helpful. Butler Beach is a beautiful area. Not overcrowded. The girls went to the pool also very often and enjoyed it.
