Great spot walkable to so many things

We had a wonderful time at this property. Great location not only to restaurants/bars but also downtown. Space was super clean and comfortable. Would stay there again!

Great location in historical area

Beautiful newer home in a historical neighborhood with views of the river, easy walk to nearby trolley tour stop and the downtown area, and a short car ride to the beaches. Anastasia State Park was our favorite.

Great location

This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. It is in a great little eclectic community with lots of history. Also, very close to the park and that was great for the kids to walk to and play! The management team was helpful and easy to work with.

Perfect neighborhood

We loved this location. The 2 parks right down the street were fabulous for the dogs. The only thing to recommend was more kitchen essentials like bowls and tongs. Highly recommend

St. Augustine January Trip

We were pleasantly surprised at the lovely home. We were allowed an earlier admittance and were so pleased with the spacious first floor, the comfortable bedrooms upstairs, and the tasteful decorating throughout. We were delighted to learn the history of the Lincolnville neighborhood, and explored the easily navigable streets.

Amazing stay for a family Christmas vacation for Nights Of Lights. Home was so beautiful that we even thought of buying it lol the location was perfect l, neighborhood was quiet and just a couple minutes drive to historic downtown.

Very well kept. Attractively decorated and nicely stocked with towels, comfortable beds, furniture, etc. Very good communications with owner.Personally, a bit too far a walk for us downtown.Nearby park to walk the dogs.

Fantastic! Clean house, great location!

My husband and I stayed at this house for a weekend and had a fantastic time. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the home as well as how close it was to everything. We were able to walk everywhere and then relax on a comfy bed when we got back. We would definitely rent this home again on our return to St Augustine.

Nights of Lights

The house was perfect for us with all the comforts of home. We were able to relax after a long drive and evening spent viewing the lights of St. Augustine. Although not close enough to walk downtown for some of our party, it’s a very quick drive. Nice quiet neighborhood. We definitely recommend this property!!

Great Property

This house was very close to everything we had planned to do, without staying in the heart of the city's most congested areas. It was immaculate & the layout fit our family needs. We played tourist in the day /evening but always relaxed on one of the decks/balconies afterwards at.

Anniversary weekend

Great house with all the bells and whistles and beautifully decorated. The location is close enough that you can walk to all of the shops and restaurants downtown if you prefer. We actually rented a golf cart for the weekend which was fun. The house has 2 free parking spaces, which is a big plus. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great spot great location

This was a great spot to stay while staying in St. Augustine. It was a perfect house as well. It had everything we needed for oour stay while we were there. The house is located just outside of all of the commotion the historic part has to offer. The fenced in back yard was also a plus. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to stay in St. Augustine!!

St. Augustine getaway

Had a great experience. House is very clean and new. My dog could run in the fenced in back yard. Just minutes from downtown St. Augustine and 15 min from the beach. I would definitely recommend.

Modern Luxury

The home was lovely - pristine, cozy, modern, bright and welcoming. My family and I were very comfortable and enjoyed the open and bright environment of this home. It was so convenient to the old downtown, which is fabulously charming. Close to beaches and highways as well, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't mind returning there in the future. Kudos to the owners for maintaining a Five Star property!

Beautiful home - quite neighborhood

This bright, beautiful and clean home in a quiet neighborhood was the perfect size for two couples. The hosts were very friendly and quick with responses to any questions we had before and during our stay. Although not walking distance for our group, we had absolutely no problem finding ample parking all through town when heading out in the morning. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The Old City

We loved being able to walk to St. George street. There are so many excellent restaurants in the area and many sights to see. It was our first time to St. Augustine and we enjoyed it so much. The rental was a good 20 minute walk to downtown but we love walking. I just wish VRBO didn’t raise all there fees it’s really ridiculous.

Sister Weekend

From the description I thought it was 3 bedrooms and it is really 2 bedrooms and a living room with a foldout couch. Disappointing. Place is clean and nice. It is very close to the distillery and winery. It needs towel bars. The master bath needs some new caulking on the interior threshold. The kitchen needs a corkscrew otherwise well appointed.
