感觉非常差 影响度假的心情
"非常差的体验 完全不像五星级酒店 首先刚到酒店的时候check in 让我们站在那里整整等了半个小时 效率非常低下 在Expedia上订好之后还要我专门将订单信息转发email给他们 然后刚到房间发现卫生间是脏的...整个房间的桌面上都是灰 我们订的是面山的套房 外面的躺椅上都是鸟屎 没有清理 房间里面根本没有room service的餐单 spa也非常难订 第二天早上去吃早餐 10点半结束 我们迟到了大概几分钟 工作人员直接说关闭了 想吃可以回房间付钱叫room service 但其实里面还有很多人在吃饭 酒店交通特别不方便 没有任何大巴 只能坐的士 或者是当地的公共汽车 但没地方放行李 ..."

"Very nice hotel with great staff. Late check-out was granted without problems. Access to the beach across busy coast road; rooms on that side a little noisy on a weekend. Pool bar was closed at 10 pm."

"We had a great stay in Le nautique. Our room was very comfortable, clean and well furnished. We loved using the barbecue for cooking our fish, enjoying the pool and watching the ocean. We hope we will come back soon."

"We stayed at the pool villa - Flambwayan, for a week and from the first moment we arrived and until we left, we had not one complaint or bad thing to say about this gem of a hotel. "The suite was spacious, well equipped, and clean. The amenities were great, and Christine was PHENOMENAL in handling any concerns we had. They were able to accommodate a late check up and help with navigating the country. Would definitely stay here again"
