"Wir sind sehr begeistert. Tolle, zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Unsere Wohnung war wirklich gut ausgestattet. Bei der Anreise waren wir erst sehr enttäuscht, da Sauna und Fitness a. G. eines Wasserschadens nicht zur Verfügung standen. Es gab leider auch tagsüber den Baulärm. In der 2. Woche war der Schaden behoben. Das Körbchen mit frischen Handtüchern vor der Tür war eine nette Geste. Über die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung haben wir uns ebenfalls sehr gefreut! Wir sind wirklich gut erholt heim...

"Unser Aufenthalt war rundum angenehm! Wir waren als Familie von drei Erwachsenen mit Hund dort, und die Unterkunft bot uns allen ausreichend Platz und Komfort. Die Buchung und Schlüsselabholung verliefen absolut problemlos, und die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Online-Beschreibung. We were not expecting to be required to bring our own towels although when reading the advert note that it did not specify that towels were provided. "We hadden een goede tijd, alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Behulpzame gastheer en gastvrouw. We konden van verschillende zitjes gebruik maken in de tuin. Bakker om de hoek. Wel zelf handdoeken meenemen! Dat stond niet zo duidelijk vermeld. Huren kan ook 8 euro per set. En eindreiniging 30 euro nog betalen wisten we niet. Maar ach het huis was niet duur. Voor een ander misschien wel belangrijk Ook fijn dat er horren zijn."

"Es war klar, das Haus liegt nicht in Binz! Dass es aber nicht so leicht ist, die ca. 4 Kilometer nach Binz zu überwinden war nicht so klar. Die ungefähr 800m zur Busstation Seram führen an der Straße entlang, ohne Fuß- oder Radweg - kein Vergnügen, weder bei Tag, erst recht nicht bei Nacht!. Dafür kann das Haus nichts, denn das ist sehr hübsch und wohnlich eingerichtet. Alles da, und wenn man Hilfe braucht, ist der Hausmeister sofort zur Stelle, super! Also: Wer mit dem Auto da ist, hat es gut...

"Es soweit ein toller Urlaub. Mit dem Schwimmbad und der Sauna im Hause. Alles anderen Einrichtungen wie Restaurants, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Kurbühne in unmittelbarer Nähe. Leider war auch eine Baustelle in Sicht- und vor allem in Hörweite. Aber das wird sich im nächsten Jahr ja erledigt haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"Spacious but not cozy. Basic dated holiday rental. No Wi-fi, bathrooms old fashioned with one cracked sink. Lacking in kitchen basics - only one tea towel, only one baking tray. Was advertised with towels. But NO towels were provided and had to purchased some at extra of our own. No washing up liquid provided, no small extras included so difficult for visitors flying in. No spare bed linen. Rear patio space (not a garden) was tiny and overlooked by the neighbours - no privacy. Poor communication...

"Das Quartier war für uns ideal. Lage, Geräumigkeit, Balkonnutzung waren perfekt. Die Austattung war im Wesentlichen ausreichend, einige zusätzliche Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. Infos zum Aufenthalt, Seifenablage in der Dusche,Teekanne, Weingläser..., hätten den Aufenthalt angenehm abgerundet. Dennoch konnten wir unsere Zeit in der Wohnung sehr gut genießen. "

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters....

"Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "

Great hotel in very good location

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters. The 2 room apartment is big and has everything you could need including a drying rack, pots and pans for cooking, hair dryer, and plenty of tables to eat. Only one thing to note, at least for us, the shampoo dispenser was outside the shower with no other options provided, so consider to bring your own."
