Unfortunately, adherence to pandemic hygiene rules is not monitored at all in the boardinghouse and only so-so in the hotel, which made any passing through the stairways and/or elevator feel inherently unsafe. "We arrived and found it hard to get to and public transit was difficult to use. Taxi also difficult as we have very limited German. We were not expecting to be required to bring our own towels although when reading the advert note that it did not specify that towels were provided. There was a surprise bill presented to us on arrival as well...if we could have communicated better we would have understood this was a tourist tax charged on all beds in this location. "Im großen und ganzen gut .Ich frage mich das dort noch keine Hütte abgebrannt ist. Die Elektrik ist sehr fragwürdig und gefährlich.Zum Beispiel, vom Kühlschrank war das Kabel beschädigt und mit etwas Isolierband umwickelt .Einmal und nie wieder dort hin"

"Es soweit ein toller Urlaub. Mit dem Schwimmbad und der Sauna im Hause. Alles anderen Einrichtungen wie Restaurants, Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand und Kurbühne in unmittelbarer Nähe. "The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. "Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "

Great hotel in very good location

"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters. The 2 room apartment is big and has everything you could need including a drying rack, pots and pans for cooking, hair dryer, and plenty of tables to eat. Only one thing to note, at least for us, the shampoo dispenser was outside the shower with no other options provided, so consider to bring your own."
