Comfortable, quiet neighborhood with easy access to golf and shopping. Excellent Wi Fi and wide screen televisions which appear to be fairly recent additions. No problems with check in or out. A wonderful experience and we would return.

Lovely home with all the essentials and then some.
The home is beautiful and clean, equipped with everything you could need. We didn't have to stop and buy things like salt & pepper, soap, TP... like in other rentals. A very nice and appreciated convenience. There was an occasion that something broke during our stay, we contacted Mike and his maintenance person had it repaired within hours.

More than we expected
This home was more than suitable. It met all of our expectations . Everything was fully stocked. We couldn't believe the size of the pool and patio area. Didn't go to the beach often because we just loved hanging at the pool. The owners got back to us in a timely fashion. There were basically no issues or concerns just a couple of questions. I would definitely recommend this home. We will come back for sure.

July 4th Week Vacation
This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to park in the garage, but never used the garage entry keypad. The pool was our go to since beaches are crowded this time of year. We swam mornings, days, and nights. Loved listening to the birds and watching the squirrels and airplanes. We also appreciated the numerous amenities the owners offered such as toilet tissue, laundry, dish soap, and cooking seasonings “to get us started”. No other VRBO we’ve stayed at had these. We took our own EVERYTHING since that’s what we were used to! What a treat! We always at at Sam’s Beach Bar, we go to Tarpon Springs for boat rides, the National Bakery, and great Greek food at Costa’s. The aquarium in Tampa is always nice as well. Great location!

Get more than you expect
This listing has everything you see and read about plus even more! The kitchen is really fully stocked with every sort of utensil, pot, pan and whatever else needed to cook up just about anything. The beds, including the pull out sofa bed are all comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and no road noise will interfere with your sleep. The pool area is very comfortable and provides extra living space no matter the weather. Plenty of seating. The yard is very private and lush green foliage abounds. Very nice to be able to use the garage. Especially during afternoon thunderstorms pop up when you have a carload of groceries to bring inside. I would definitely stay here again. I used to live in Spring Hill and this felt a lot like a sort of homecoming. Great communications from the owners regarding check in and follow up after the stay.
