"Open floor plan from kitchen to living room makes for a better feel and spacious. On arrival we found a nice bottle of wine chilled in the fridge for us. The house was very clean and looks like a newer build in the past 10 years. The location is the middle of the 290 wine road and gives better access to these areas. Conversely make sure to have every thing you need as the closest the stores (heb Walmart Walgreens) are in Fredericksburg 30 minutes west. "

"We wanted to stay close to Hudson’s and it was within walking distance. Host communicated right away on all texts. You have to coordinate coming in and out of gate. We had a complimentary breakfast which was delicious and was offered dinner up to 1030pm. Two beautiful dogs roam the huge yard."
