“Shuttle bus is convenient, although hot water for shower is not so big but still enough, room is clean and enough for 2 people. The only thing shocked me is that the electricity in room shut down during about 0300-0800, and the counter can't help at that time. ”

“Good deal on Expedia with a last minute reservation near the airport. "Moxy" - force of character - was that. Maybe the beds could've been a little softer, but maybe we don't rest well in others' beds. But we'll remember Moxy for the characteristic hotel she was. Happy Trails!”

“The room is clean and tidy. The view is very beautiful. The service is awesome. All staff are very nice and professional. I like that it is not close to the centre so I can enjoy the environment in a better way(yet it is very convenient to go to the centre by taking a bus) Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for accommodation in Amsterdam.”

“I arrived early in Amsterdam but the hotel could only assist to store luggage at a fee, both before check in and after check out! I’ve tried to ask for early check in at a cost but was not guaranteed. No water boiler inside the room and you may only have a small cup for a charge of €1.5. Staff there were doing just their job without any feel of hospitality. The only good thing is the budget cost for a clean room in this expensive city.”

“Great location, a stones throw away from the metro which takes you to the centre of Amsterdam in 20 mins. Rooms were great, we had 4 rooms in total, 1 of them was upgraded to their new superior rooms which was lovely but even their standard rooms were great, only difference between the standard and superior was larger tv, larger bed, nicer flooring and a rainfall shower. The bar area was lovely and overall we had a great stay”

“1. 住了三天，到第2天才有收拾房間，還要自己申請。 2.收拾完後，床有短頭髮，曲的，不肯定是陰毛還是頭髮。（我自己本身是長頭髮的）。而且是非常非常的皺、不整齊。 3. 房間非常多塵埃，不論是咖啡機、燈，都是。 4. 並沒有提供一次性的用品，就算在平板電腦上要求了，還是沒有提供。 5. 在平板電腦上面要求多要三條毛巾，最後只有兩條，要求要其他一次性的用品，也沒有給。＊＊6. 最重要的是：這幾天晚上，只要我一關燈，房間的右邊和左邊都會出現「搭、搭」的聲響，大概二三十秒一次——讓我睡不着覺，而且那個聲音出現是沒有規律的，我有數過秒數，數不到規律出來。明明房間的左邊和右邊都是沒有其他房間的，這件事很可怕。我開了燈之後，這個聲音出現的頻率少了很多，白天的時候，這個聲音是沒有出現的。我是基督徒，但是還是感到很無奈，因為吵得我睡不着覺！！ 7. 還有就是，在第二天收拾房間之後，在浴室裏面的地板出現一條濕的毛巾，這是想怎麼樣？是想我自己收拾？床旁邊的桌子移開之後，也沒有移回去，桌面上的垃圾，也沒有收拾。 8.……

“Very nice hotel to stay in for a business trip. Convenient shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The room space is reasonable. It was busy when checked in as a full bus of visitors arrived at the hotel at the same time, but it did not take too long until we got our room key. I will stay at this hotel again.”
