Herrliche Lage und geniale Terrasse
Die Lage ist genial. Eine sehr ruhige Gegend und man ist so schnell bei dem wunderschönen Strand. Der abgegrenzte Garten ist gross und sehr gepflegt. Es hat viele Vögel und Eidechsen. Am See kann man Krebse beobachten. Wir konnten im Oktober immer draussen auf der herrlichen Terrasse essen. Das Fenster zur Küche ist sehr praktisch, da kann man alles direkt zur Terrasse raus reichen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und immer erreichbar. Wir haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen :).

Freundlich, ruhig, angemessen
Das Haus und das Interieur sind schon etwas älter, aber mit schönem Seeblick und von einem tollen Park umgeben. Zum Meer, das man vom Grundstück nicht sehen kann, sind es ein bis zwei Minuten. Die Umgebung wirkt nicht sehr gepflegt, das Haus befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse. Es gibt drei Zimmer, eins ist unbeheizt, die anderen beiden werden mit den Klimaanlagen schnell warm (wir waren Ende März / Anfang April da). In der Küche und den beiden sehr kleinen Bädern (nix für große Menschen) bleibt es recht kalt. Das Bad unten mieft nach Ausguss - der Geruch zieht leider ins Haus. Die Betten sind typisch für Ferienhäuser, nicht sonderlich bequem, aber okay. Die Küche ist wahrsinnig gut ausgestattet - da fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation funktioniert über Whatsapp auch in englischer Sprache sehr gut. Wir haben €140 pro Nacht bezahlt, das ist für das Gebotene sehr angemessen - wir waren jedoch auch in der absoluten Vorsaison vor Ort. Am Strand entlang gelangt man in den Ort mit guten Restaurants und einem täglich geöffneten Supermarkt in ca. 30min zu Fuß. Strand und Sperlonga sind fantastisch und mehr als eine Reise wert.

Scendi dal letto e ti tuffi in un mare meraviglioso
Trascorsa una settimana fantastica in una casa originale e comodissima per arrivare al mare. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi. La casa dotata di un bellissimo giardino dove i cani hanno potuto scorrazzare liberamente,ma la cosa che per me è impagabile di questa casa è il patio dotato di un grande tavolo in pietra e numerosi divani per passare delle meravigliose serate. Sicuramente la prossima estate farò di tutto per tornarci
