"Our cottage was very nicely furnished. Th kitchen was well stocked. We we arrived our cottage wasn't cleaned except for clean sheets and towels. Items from the previous guests were still in the cottage. I spoke with the manager and she said that she would send housekeeping. We left to go to dinner and nothing was done so called again and housecleaning never showed up. I ended up cleaning the bathroom and kitchen and tried to clean the floors but there was not a broom or vacuum. My grandkids...
