"It was very noisy. We were on the 9th floor and could still hear so much traffic and yelling on the street. We could also hear conversations from people walking in the hallway. The staff was amazing and the location was very convenient. However, there was an event the evening we stayed, and even though we had already paid for parking in the hotel garage, it was very difficult finding a space to park, and I had to have my companion guide me into a spot, with a lot of back and forth movement. "during my stay the hotel burnt down. was still charged the ENTIRE RATE after I was told I would be refunded it, minus the first night. Literally something out of a movie. "
