"The front desk person was helpful. I had booked two nights, and tried to cancel the second night (@7:30... Didn't realize the cancellation time was by 7). I kept getting notes from hotels.com that they were trying to cancel. BECAUSE I was paying at the hotel, the desk clerk just charged me for the one night. "Amazing! Stayed for just one night while traveling through the area. Bright and clean lobby. Front desk associate was sweet, friendly and knowledgeable. Room was comfy, quiet and super clean. Breakfast looked good (mix of hot and cold items), but we just grabbed fresh hot coffee before heading out. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we're ever in the Richmond area. Highly recommend!"
