"Great location for being downtown "

"during my stay the hotel burnt down. was still charged the ENTIRE RATE after I was told I would be refunded it, minus the first night. Literally something out of a movie. "

"I have ZERO compliments. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful place. The cottage was AMAZING, the hot tub FANTASTIC, the night skies, peace and quiet WONDERFUL. Seen elk, a moose and had a bear visit. Would and will visit again in a heart beat "

"The staff preparing the pizzas were not wearing gloves during the pizza prep. Bare hands reaching into the containers grabbing cheese and toppings turned us off from ordering. We were also told that the bar couldnt make a pina colada due to no cocunut based liquers. The buffet was very nice and our room was clean. Front desk and shuttle service was very accomidating."

"Love the location! Close to Boise Town Square with lots of dining options. Short drive to downtown & the parks. Pet friendly. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. Hot tub was nice but I just hope it has stronger jet pressure. Staff were nice. It’s a little pricey but I would stay here again if I visit Boise again. "
