I had to take a cold shower at 7 in the morning because the warm water just went away and I had the handle turned all the way to hot. Not a great experience. And my husband was charged $10 for a small bowl of cereal and a coffee which is steep. "

"The place is right next to the water - unobstructed view. The 0.7 mile walk to center of Oban was nice in good weather but we got wet several time (expected this for October). Public transportation was hard to find so needed our car. Our room was a little small and cramped, but we could see other larger rooms. Check in and parking was a bit of a hassle. Great “Continental breakfast “ that included meats, cheeses, baked goods and more- well worth the modest cost "

"We had a very warm welcome by the owners upon our early arrival, we were shown around the establishment which was in very pristine condition. The building was stunning inside and out. The owners made us feel very welcome and after a breif run down on the layout and expectations they informed us of the local amenities and recomendations for eating out.
