"Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through. We asked for extra pillows after we returned from dinner, and the lady at the front desk gave us a facial reaction like we were crazy, and then she said they had no pillows. We also asked for a blow dryer, because we assumed the room would be equipped with one, but now I...

"The stay was pretty decent! Stayed in the Presidential Suite which was an affordable rate. It had a hot tub, but it would have been nice if they included instructions with it. The sofa bed couch.. the couch was very uncomfortable which was fine because we didn’t need it. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in! My biggest complaint was as many other reviews most of the breakfast buffet was cold. "
