"We had a wonderful stay at this property in Banff! The location couldn’t be better — just steps away from the heart of downtown, where you'll find plenty of shops, restaurants, and easy access to public transportation. It made exploring the area super convenient. The hotel itself has some great on-site amenities, including a cozy coffee shop and a fantastic restaurant, which was perfect for grabbing a bite without having to venture far. The rooms were comfortable and clean — pretty much what you'd expect from a solid Hilton or Marriott-type experience — but the bed was exceptionally comfortable, which made for some great nights of sleep after long days out adventuring. One of the highlights for us was the staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. They always greeted us with a smile and often asked about our day, which added a really nice personal touch to our stay. The rates were also quite reasonable, especially considering the prime location and amenities. My only small critique is the housekeeping policy — you have to remember to hang a sign on your door if you’d like your room cleaned. When you’re rushing out to start your day, it’s easy to forget. But honestly, that’s a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. All in all, this is a fantastic place to stay in Banff, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again for our next trip!"

"Stayed in 2 hotels in Banff, one a little bit closer and this one. This hotel was amazing compared to the other one. Even though it was 500m further out, I would recommend highly. Also free underground parking was a bonus. "

"We had a very pleasant stay here! The suite had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably equipped. The property is older but who cares if you can stay near Banff for such a reasonable rate?! We loved the location and the laid back vibe. And when I needed to stay an extra night, the staff member was very friendly and made it happen. I would definitely stay again. "
