Southeast Missouri Winery Hotel

"the front desk was not very together. Had my reservation messed up. Had to show them my bank statement to prive it was paid for. When i was leaving sunday morning the young man almost insisted i give him my debit card to pay for it again, which i wouldnt do. So once again i was embarrassed with having to pull up my banking statement to prove it was paid for. Twice i was embarrassed during this stay. Probably wont pick this hotel again, the room was clean and nice but not worth my honest being...

"Can be noisy at times"

"Nice older rooms. Comfy beds and a gorgeous view facing golf course. Staff was absolutely amazing and super friendly. We had a jet tub in our room and it was just what we needed. "

"Staff was fantastic & friendly. Breakfast & evening food was excellent. They even had fresh popcorn every afternoon as a snack. Hotel is next door to DQ & Pizza Inn and is right off the highway so convenient & easy to access. Room was clean with comfortable beds. Pool area was nice but water in hot tub was lukewarm. They were shutting it down for maintenance after we checked out so that issue may be resolved."
