One of my close relations had to cancel at the last minute due to a serious health condition. When i shared this information with Jana at check in and Charlotte in the massage department they were extremely understanding and kind. I felt really supported and appreciated their help. I want to pay tribute to both of these members of staff for their generosity and kindness. "Not a very inspiring entrance through a shopping mall but received a warm welcome. Good sized room, nicely decorated but with permanently shaded windows so limited light and literally no view or fresh air possible. Nice bathroom, good shower. Noise from a nearly staff area heard through the walls. Decent breakfast buffet. Didn’t know about the discounted parking at NCP until check in when had already paid - please make this info more accessible in advance!"

"At check in we were asked if we were light sleepers. We travelled as a couple and we're told there were a lot of stag & he dos on site so were offered a quiet room. Room was perfect - spacious and very quiet we slept until 8.45 which is a luxury for us. Bed and pillows were super comfy and shower was amazing. This is out third stay and room 020 is our favourite xx"
