"Good location"

"I came as a first time visitor to Albuquerque. I had no idea what to expect, but I was so incredibly surprised at how perfect of a stay I had with all the amenities and location. I was supported really well by the staff there, especially Jackie it is right across from sawmill market, where I had half of my meals, conveniently it’s also good walking distance from Old Town Plaza, without any of the tourist hustle and bustle that increases as you get closer to it. I left feeling so refreshed and well rested couldn’t have picked a better hotel to enter the year with!"

"A total upgrade from the old Hyatt. Stayed on the 18th floor. Newly renovated rooms. I love it..beds are comfortable"

"Very friendly staff upon check in. They even call your room after a half an hour just to see if everything is fine and to check if you need anything. Free bottled water. "

"Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Everyone very nice and looking to help with anything. The rooms were so clean. The bedding was great (wanted to steal the pillows LOL) Great price through Hotels.com. Would def stay there again."
