“Good location and near to beach, friendly staffs and lovely room.”

“The hotel is located near the airport. You can drive for around 10 mins to access. Petrol station is driving for around 15 mins. The room is spacious. The hotel does not provide cleaning service unless you pay extra charges. You have to clear the garbage by yourself. However if you are staying for over 7 days, once cleaning service will be provided. There is swimming pool and gym room, good for spending time and relaxing. It is surrounded by restaurants, cafes and 2 supermarkets. All are closed……

“Our family of 4 staying for 3 nights in the middle of our driving trip from Sydney to Brisbane. Great location, with steps away from beach. However, we forgot an iPAD during our stay as we suddenly found this out while we are on plane back home. We then called to hotel and up to now 3 days after coming back we still didn't heard back from them. This is a first time I had such a scenario as I am a frequent flyer internationally and having tens of trips per year. ”

“It's a great place to stay. The bedroom is spacious and clean, and the bed is really comfy. As for the other facilities, it has everything that one expects to find. We can easily travel to anywhere since it's across the tram station. Plus, the receptionists are wonderful and are willing to give us assistance whenever needed. It's definitely our first choice to stay if we visit Gold Coast again.”

“We had a great stay at the Talisman. Perfect location in Broadbeach with restaurants, grocery stores, clubs, beaches and shopping in the area. The apartment had everything we needed with beautiful views of both the beach and mountains. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to return next year.”

“小孩看電視不知按到什麼，退房時竟要繳澳幤約快90元，櫃檯説是看影片，覺得很無理，需要自費電視台應上鎖，顧客有需求再去櫃檯要求解鎖，不應開放讓小孩隨手可以看到，至於看什麼影片需付費，到現在我還是有疑問？我住了28天，每天小孩看電視我都在，都是看卡通而已，這家飯店有故意欺騙顧客的嫌疑，心中感覺被欺騙，以後我不會再去住了⋯⋯”

“The room is big because I have booked a Twin rooms with 2 bathrooms. It is very comfortable. The location is convenience. There is shopping mall besides the hotel. We can go through the hotel corridor to walk to the main road. There is many restaurants nearby. We can walk to the beach along the road and it takes around 5 - 10 minutes. 灰狗 station is nearby so we can take the bus to Brisbane. ”
