Motel 6 South San Diego hotels

"Our stay was wonderful. Here with my husband for the San Diego Rodeo. Check in was fast and easy. Our room was beautiful but we were left to some VERY loud kids. The kids were trying to look into our balcony. We called the front desk and they were so helpful and moved us and even threw in an upgrade. The second room was even better and super clean. The room views were all amazing. They did charge for parking separately which we were not aware of but it was $18 extra per night. The hotel is in a great area by the shelter island launch ramp/h&m landing which we love and the beach is literally across the street from the lobby of the hotel. Laundry and amenities and so many little coffee shops within walking distance. Easy to get to petco park and little Italy. Will definitely be back! "

"Cute place to stay for our one night stay before flying out the next day. Enjoyed dinner at the Mexican restaurant at the hotel. Food and drinks were delicious. Don’t get to try the waffle restaurant due to early flight next morning. Clean rooms. "

"We booked the bay view as we were staying here as a pre-cruise night. The room did NOT dissappoint! Lots of 'street entertainment' happening (and I don't mean street entertainers, but just watching the traffic and the people - quite different from our small town of 9000!!!"
