"The toilet ran the entire time. Kitchen flooring is coming apart and the dishwasher almost fell out. Neighborhood is quiet, unless you like dogs on both sides of you barking. If you stay here during school hours, don’t try to sleep, the bells and horns and announcements throughout the day will keep you awake. The shower is so slippery. Need something in there before someone hurts themselves. Nowhere to put my clothing. No dressers, hangers or anything for clothing storage but closets. Stayed...

"We gathered for a memorial and the location was centrally located for the services. Our favorite part of the house was the deck off the dining room. It's very comfortable with cushioned couches adorned with gigantic cedar or redwood trees. Not sure. Beautiful."

"We were pleasantly surprised with everything. The neighborhood was so quiet and with a very safe feeling. The home was so cute and very clean. The kitchenette was very convenient for us. At first cleaning our dishes in the bathroom was funny however we managed.I met Oxana and she is so nice. We were able to chat and she informed me that there are more homes Sergie owns. I will for check them out and use this owner again."

"A beautiful cottage filled with everything you might need. Extra towels, all the kitchen utencils you would ever hope to use, spices in the cupboard, a quart of milk in the frig!! A park-like yard with a table and chairs, perfect for a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. Secluded and private. Enjoy the squirrels and wild turkeys. "

"This property was interesting. Clean and very conveniently located to downtown and attractions. Everything worked as expected. Keypad entry to the house. The entire upstairs was the master suite which was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Items that could be improved: The master bedroom/upstairs did not have a chair or bedside lamps to make reading an option without overheads on. There was no TV in the master/upstairs. "Nice home in a great location! Close to all things needed for downtown Sacramento. It is one unit of the 4 units in one building. Easy check in/check out process. Host was very responsive with communication. My only real complaint was the bathroom door wouldn't close or lock properly and one bedroom had a curtain to separate the room from the living room so not very private but we were with friends and family so it was fine with us!"

"The check-in process was frustrating due to a long line and only two counters open. While my room was clean and had a decent view, I was disappointed to find no entertainment options on TV or the ability to log into Netflix. Additionally, there was no complimentary breakfast, which I expected given the price. Overall, the experience was just okay, with poor service and expensive parking options that added to my dissatisfaction."

"I was in town for a quick doctor’s appointment and stayed here overnight. I’m from out of town, so it was great that the hotel was easy to find and really close to where I needed to be. The place was clean, felt safe, and the staff were super friendly. I liked that the room had a separate space to relax—it made the short stay more comfortable. Would stay here again if I’m back in the area."
