"My fiancé and I booked this stay for our Grand Canyon trip and it was absolutely perfect! It's only 25-30 minutes from the Grand Canyon South Rim entrance! There is not much around the area which was amazing! We were looking for a little more authentic Northern Arizona stay outside of a city feel and this was perfect! "A nice place for our trip to the Grand Canyon, it’s about 30 minute drive from the canyon which isn’t too bad. You can see tons of stars from the property. The place was small as described so no surprise there. The showers were tiny but had hot water and that’s all that mattered to us. The sink leaked a bit and was moldy under the cabinet, but not a deal breaker. The bunk beds were not the most comfortable but we were so tired after hiking all day it didn’t matter! Both the heat and a/c worked...

"Lovely little cabin/tiny house. However, I’m not sure how 8 people could comfortably maneuver. The kitchen area was extremely small and would have been difficult to seat/feed even 4 people. Perfect size for two! The location is perfect for exploring the south rim of the Grand Canyon. And, the house is located in the middle of nowhere so no light pollution - clear breathtaking starry nights! Only complaint - why no paper towels? That seems like a fairly easy convenience to provide."

"The location and price was great but that was about it. The shower was disgusting and not clean. The front door had a one inch gap between the door and the wall. The wind would blow the door making you thinking someone was trying to break in. The unit was cleaned before we came, they cleaned the burner of the stove so that when you turned it on to cook you burned chemicals. Also the AC unit was set to 85 when we got there so the unit was unbearable. We checked in later in the day due to travel...

"The house was clean and great for a short stay. There were definitely some maintenance issues that were frustrating. The tub faucet would not shut off all the way so we listened to it all night.
