“Property is in great shape and convenient, the room was well appointed. I expected the bed to be more comfortable for the price point. Staff mixed up my reservation with another guest, and also charged me for a room upgrade. These things were all fixed promptly when brought to their attention, but at this price point these mistakes shouldn’t happen. ”
