All amenities for outdoor activities were setup like Volleyball and badminton. Also a nice fire pit with plenty of outdoor seating. Get your own wood . Tiki torches were set up but you have to bring your own fuel also. We brought our own kayak. The kitchen was equipped with all pans and utensils to cook and a great big grill...

"Upon opening the door, we were greeted by a warm, sunny living room with breath taking views of the mountains. The recliners and the propane fireplace offered a cozy space to read, visit, or just enjoy the view. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of fluffy white towels. "We had a wonderful time! Janna’s house was perfect for our big family. Lots of room to spread out, activities to do and being close to the lake was perfect. The kids got to ice fish, build snow huts and ski at the local mountains. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need and there were plenty of blankets.Janna was great to work with. "Cute cabin, Not maintained. We arrived late evening to the cabin with all sheets / towels all dirty on the floor. After multiple calls, property manager texted that the cleaner did not show. A new cleaner would come the next day but there are clean sheets in the garage. The tables were sticky, the carpet dusty as if it has never been vacuumed. "We had a great time and the house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for the family and amazing views. A 5 min drive to Mt. Abram and a 10 min drive to Bethel/Sunday River, the house is conveniently located. My only suggestion would be to bring awd vehicles if going in the winter as the road and the driveway are tough in the snow without awd. Other than that our trip was perfect and the communication from the owners superb. We would definitely rent here again! W"
