"This hotel is the happening place in South Beach. Mostly younger hip crowd. The gym in this hotel is unlike any other hotel gym. They have free weights, squat racks, bench, everything a normal gym has. It’s awesome!"

"We stayed the last night of 2024 with a City and river view balcony but door was a fixed glass and cannot be open. The opening and closing of the bridge beep was too much to hear for that evening,..we took time to get to sleep due to the constant beep sound."

"Property was great and HUGE thank you to Sabrina!! Amazing I had booked a king studio and somehow that did not happen via Expedia and on NYE no less Sabrina made magic very calmly and wonderfully once I explained etc. And made sure we were accommodated, totally made the difference, just brilliant cannot thank her enough for saving NYE so we could then go out and have our celebrations and have a wonderful place to sleep and start the year right! So appreciated. The hotel itself is a great walkable location for Ocean drive, Collins etc. I love Miami and the mix up/error could have really ruined the trip Sabrina made sure that did not happen, happy new year and thanks again!! "

"The only bad experience I had was with the airport shuttle. I checked out at 5:30 AM to catch my flight. A guest took the entire shuttle to him self very much as he had around 20 luggages. There was no room for other luggages. I ended up taking Ubber."
