Just what we needed
This cute condo provided just what we needed for a couple of relaxing days. It is close to stores, so we were able to get groceries easily to make dinner in the condo. The condo wasn't super close to parking, but we were right over one of the pools. I wish there had been beach chairs that we could take to the lake. But, I also didn't ask!

The entry code did not work. After waiting over an hour the figured it out snd gave us new codes
The bedroom was too hot, road noise, poor lighting, then a watermain broke. No water just after a long hike and trying to clean up for a wedding. No compensation. I am incredulous

Nice inside
Very clean and nice furniture. Refrigerator is small and you can’t move shelves so everything had to lay on its side. Street noise is loud on the patio or if the door is open but can’t be heard inside. It worked well for the two of us but maybe not for four

lovely place in south Lake Tahoe
We had a wonderful time. The apartment was very adequate, kitchen was small but served us well, very clean, an easy walk to the lake through the buildings of the complex. The only drawback is that the balcony is right on a very busy road. It was noisy enough that we needed to close the sliding door to hear the TV. But it didn't effect our stay. Communicating with the property manager was very easy and efficient.

Great location and beautiful room. Only issue we had was there were only 3 towels for a 3 night 4 day stay. Could have used more towels. When you go out and hike, bike, swim at the beach sometimes you need extra towels for showers.

A port in a storm
We were lucky to book in here last minute when roads were closed and we were stuck. The condo has everything we needed to cook and access local amenities. Close to the lake and skiing. Very comfortable with a nice outlook.

Clean but basic
This property is decent value and was reasonably comfortable but I probably wouldn't stay here again. It was clean, the the kitchen/bath was well stocked and the location near the lake and Heavenly was good. It's close to a lot of restaurants, Whole Foods and CVS, which is convenient. It's a little smaller than it looks in the photos. Many of us are working or attending classes in the Zoom era and it was difficult to not have a proper dining table or even one straight-backed chair for my 3-hour class. The tall bar stools at the small bar were ok for a quick breakfast but were not that comfortable for dinner. The kitchen is very small and the appliances are pretty new but all are miniature sized--fine for breakfast and take-out but not much room for cooking. The unit is on the end of the building closest to the street so it was noisy almost all night long. The bed was just ok in terms of comfort. My main suggestion would be to replace the flimsy portable table and install a real dining table/chairs (even if small) and upgrade the bed. That would compensate for some of the things that can't be changed like the location near the street.
