"My family and I stayed for the weekend to attend URIs homecoming. This was less than a 5 minute drive to campus. The property was just as shown in the pictures. We had six adults and used the provided blow up to sleep in the living room. It is a clean and beautiful place that was stocked with everything we.needed. The yard was private and we took advantage of relaxing outside with a fire in the fire pit. Would be happy to return if needed. "

"We recently enjoyed a long weekend in RI and this was the perfect rental for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. My sister has some mobility limitations so being able to stay on one floor once she got up the front steps was helpful. My favorite part was the outdoor shower and back deck! "We will ABSOLUTELY be back!!! Kerri is an excellent host who was so communicative from the moment we booked the property! Her home is clean and cozy (two musts for me!!) with little personalized touches that just add to the experience! The location was perfect and the house met our needs. Our only regret was that the nature of our visit to Rhode Island didn't allow for more time to enjoy the house and the area surrounding it; we'll be back when the weather is warmer! "

"The cottage was very nice and well stocked. With 6 children and 4 adults there was plenty of room (the children were in the lower level and adults upstairs most of the time). It was near everything and even within walking distance to many places/businesses. The only negatives were the lack of a hot tub which was in the listing and the location/accessibility of Kelley Beach. Dropping off and picking up 10 people (2 cars) with all of the ”baggage” involved was a bit difficult. Walking to the beach...

"We all loved our week at "Logged Inn!" Amazing She Shed for entertaining, fire pit for s'mores, outdoor shower for beach days, and all the beach gear you could possibly need. Upstairs bedrooms were good for the kids, but low ceilings for grown ups. We loved the place and loved the area!"

"Great house stocked with all the essentials. Backyard was an excellent place to hang out and the hot tub really saved us after walking Block Island all day. Conveniently located to beaches, Point Judith ferry, URI, shopping and activities. Host communicated well and often. Easily accommodated the 6 of us and 3 vehicles. Quiet neighborhood great for morning or evening walks. Thanks for a great weekend! "

"We had a lovely stay at Summer Cottage. Very chill place to relax in lovely surroundings in the midst of farms, close to beaches and the lovely town of Wakefield. Cottage is very cute and has everything we needed for the three of us. Our Havi Harry loved his stay.Dean "

"Updated, well maintained home with numerous thoughtful amenities. Central location for everything to do in Rhode Island! Block Island day trip? Ferry 10min away., Newport for a day. ? 30 minutes away. East Matunuck beach 3 minutes away! Parking lot full there? At least 6 other beaches within 10 minutes! Best restaraunt in RI (Matunuck Oyster Bar) 3 minutes away. Host (Alison) VERY responsive. An absolutely perfect place for a Rhode Island vacation!"
