"This was an absolutely beautiful hotel. I was so blown away by the beauty and the history of this place. The customer service was also so wonderful. Everyone was super nice and we slept great in our room. We didn’t have anything to complain about except the valet parking is pretty expensive."

"Overall we had a great experience and would return. The hot tub, sauna, steam room and gym were very enjoyable and relaxing. Room on 27th floor was very well appointed, beautiful bathroom, very comfortable bed. Our room was not cleaned on the second day, but upon request they took care of it right away. Our bill included movie charge and long-distance phone call charge, neither of them were services we utilized. Charges were removed when brought to their attention. "

"We get away once a year and try a new hotel every time. This one is our favorite to date. So clean and new. The front desk staff and valet were absolutely amazing. Its close to some great restaurants, coffee right across the street and a few minute walk to Pike Place. We want to continue our tradition of trying a new hotel every year, but The Paramount Hotel is making that really hard. "
