Beautiful house with an amazing outdoor area. It was perfect for our family visit to Pagisa Springs and Great Sand Dunes NP. Will definitely stay again and will recommend this home to everyone we know!

This Home is a must if you are in the area!

We loved staying in this home. 3 families could share this home! I loved the Gazebo out on the river. Beautiful home. Very comfortable. If we come back to the area, we will definitely stay again! I already shared the home link with friends and family.

We loved this home cause of the location, cleanliness, and accommodations. Has a walkway to a gazebo on the river. This home has everything you would need and more! Accommodated well over my expectations. Really made it feel like home. Me and my family will definitely be back for future visits!

Loved the location and ease of access to Wolf Creek ski. Loved the backyard views of the river and frequent deer. Loved the home layout with 3 bedrooms downstairs.

Great stay on the South Fork River

Such a lovely place! Close to town but still felt a little secluded because nothing is behind the house (other than river and mountain). The house was very well appointed with everything we needed. Plenty of room. So many outdoor seating spaces. The bridge and river/gazebo area are lovely. We enjoyed the hot tub. Our family of 5 (including 3 boys aged 4, 7, and 9) had an incredible time. The boys keep asking when we can come back!

We had a great week in south fork. The house was perfect for our group. Very nice and well laid out. The upstairs loft/bedroom was so fun and perfect for the kids. Would absolutely stay here again

Well equipped and comfortable.

We enjoyed the amenities if this house, including the river, the gazebo, the hot tub, the loft area, and all the space for my family to spread out! The home was very well stocked!! The furniture was in great shape and comfortable. The beds were on the firm side, but we like that so no complaint here. My mother has limited mobility and is on a walker. She was able to get into the home and the shower with no issue. There was also plenty of parking for a truck and 24'trailer, a Forerunner and a small Subaru. We would love to stay at this home again!

The house was suitable for our whole family. But we did purchase a coffee maker because with 6 adults the Kurig would not meet the morning needs. We did leave it with the house for future guests. Overall we were satisfied with the house. It was our second time we rented this house for a ski vacation.

Beautiful!

Loved the location and ease of getting there and entering. Had everything we needed. Might use updated kitchen cookware. Only 1 frying pan and 2 baking sheets and both were unusable. Might update outdoor deck rugs. Property dumpster was overturned and trash was scattered around second day we were there. Called the management company but agent was very difficult to understand. Issue was resolved in a short amout of time but we wish the management company had a local number to contact. We WILL come back because the property is ideal for our family!

Our stay at two rivers retreat

We enjoyed staying in this home especially the deck and gazebo was wonderful!! A few things might need repaired to help out the house as well!! I called twice about a possible propane leak in the tank outside! It was very strong on smell therefore you couldn’t open that window so it was very hot in that room. Also in the same master bedroom, the screen door was off the track and could not be put back on therefore you couldn’t use that door to open for air to flow , so I had to go purchase 3 more box fans for our stay to be able to sleep at night. Something was a bad odor from fridge when we got there but we could never figure it out( I cleaned it trying to help smell but it didn’t work) The deck has a few boards rotting out that might need replacing so no one would fall through. Anyway, we’ve been going as a family to Colorado for years and stayed so many different places!! We were sad that we couldn’t use the garage, we had so much fishing gear and things that we had to store it all on the front porch!😞 All in All it is a beautiful home that we enjoyed and made many fun memories!!

Loved this cabin!

Such a beautiful, comfy place to stay! We came for a ski trip, but I’m looking forward to staying here again in the spring or summer so we can admire the beautiful river that runs directly behind the cabin. The hot tub was such a fun bonus! So we’ll stocked and super clean.

Excellent Home!!!

The home was perfect for our crew. It was stocked better than any place we’ve rented in the past. The view was amazing!! We hired a local photographer for family photos in the incredible back yard and our daughters surprise engagement. The management team was on point. We had an issue with the microwave and they were there within no time with a new one. We couldn’t be more pleased! We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Perfection

We were blessed to spend our Thanksgiving holiday here. The home is a beautiful place with lots of room and options. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything we needed to cook a large meal and plenty of space around the table for all 11 of us to eat together. The maintenance crew was friendly and quick to respond with an issue we had, even on a holiday . The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The loft is absolutely perfect. A dream for children to play. We used the gazebo and the fire pit for s’mores and the hot tub was great. The deer wandering by was a perk too. The management of this property was the best we have ever experienced and we will try to use them on the future.

A River Runs Through it with Peace!

This Place was the BEST PLACE ever!!!!!!!! It is everything it shows and then SOME! We stayed Friday - Friday and regret we didn't stay LONGER! It had everything you needed. It accommodated our family of 6 wonderfully. The master shower head was legit, the jacuzzi tub was also a plus! The beds were super comfy to me. The screen doors were so fitting to hear the peaceful river. We cooked many nights in the kitchen/patio and was great! They texted me prior to checking in and they had a mishap with an appliance, and they got it worked out before we got there! My girls loved playing with the chipmucks and fishing in the river, which was up this year. We saw Mr. Beaver the first night we were there swimming up the river. Great home, great feel and we will be back! Love this town! I hope your family enjoys it as much as we did!!!!

Relaxing on the River

The house was perfect for our family to relax and enjoy time together. There were lots of spaces for people to get away to for some peace and quiet. Really unique space with the outdoor gazebo, upstairs kid area with the best view, and so close to restaurants in South Fork. We had a couple of minor things that didn't seem to work (nothing major to us) so we left a note for the property manager.

Very Nice and cozy however....!

Very nice and cozy home by river, the only downside to staying at this home is that check-in is at 4pm due to cleaning. However even after I arrived to this home at 2:30 pm and there were no one cleaning the residents or even on the premises. After calling I still could not check in until 4pm. Other than that this is a very nice vacation home.
