"This is an expensive hotel. A very busy hotel. It has access to the beach and it has a nice pool. Downside is the staff use the elevators to transport their cleaning and supplies upstairs to the rooms. Not so great when everyone is coming and going during check in/out. The balconies are partial. You can’t sit on the balconies. The staff really aren’t that friendly. The person on the front desk wouldn’t give any change. Just a no. Not accommodating at all. Not personable. Very slow to...

"Staff was great. Room was clean and spacious. Expensive due to the events that weekend, but definitely would stay again. Pool area and other facilities were closed due to remodeling, but this time around we didn't have much time to use them anyways. Overall - Great stay!"

"I was pleasantly surprised staying in the crates. I have never stayed in a hostel but knew those participar rooms would be a similar experience as staying in one. I think I read on their page they described it as the “anti hostel.” The staff was nice and the simple breakfast included was a nice bonus. It is a popular bar at night so there will be some noise if you go to bed early but the crate rooms I stayed in wasn’t over the bar and they clear out the courtyard after a certain time so it’s not...

"We arrived at the hotel early, because we had just got off a cruise. We expected to just store our luggage and hang out for the day until check in time. Instead, they assigned us a room right away, which was great. We had an issue with our room that we reported the next morning. They immediately offered us another room without any hassle.
