Cape Cod headquarters
Great place to use as a base to explore Cape Cod. Well stocked, clean, and quiet. Had some problem with the TV, but the company responded quickly and had someone out to fix it right away.

Nice home, pleasant stay
Nice house located nearby several restaurants and bars and downtown Chatham within about 12 minutes. Beds were hard, but all rooms had AC Upstairs shower only gets luke warm, downstairs was fine. Both bathrooms are nice sized. Kitchen has the basics but nothing other than salt/pepper so make sure to stop for coffee. Would stay again.

Great relaxing get away
Clean home!! (I am particular about this), plenty of seating for lounging and dining in and outside. Well stocked kitchen. 1 mile to Reef Beach and close proximity to several other beaches and less than 1 mile to bike/rail trails. Close to good dining when wanted to eat out.

Superb property in a fantastic location
We spent a week in this beautiful home. Extremely well-equipped in all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Very clean. Plenty of seating for the four of us in the living room (we have stayed in homes with seating for 2 - 3 in a house that states it sleeps 4 - 6 people!). Great communication with Del Mar. We would definitely rebook this home if we want to revisit the Chatham area. For us, it was perfect in every way!

Spacious home in Cape Cod
This is a very comfortable home in a great location on Cape Cod. It was a very quiet area and the houses are well spaced apart. The beds were comfortable and the house is well furnished. The kitchen is also well equipped. The management company were also quick to respond to a question of ours. Our one and only complaint would be that there was no hot water upstairs. Despite running the bathtub for 5+ minutes, it was still cold so four of us ended up sharing the shower downstairs. But that being said, we all were sorry to leave this place.

Great property!
The house was perfect for a couples weekend. Well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor allowed for privacy. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture in LR. Central location for trips to both Chatham and Harwich and easy access to Rte. 6 for all other travel.

Great stay, lovely home
We had a great stay. The home was just as pictured and a very convenient layout. We only used the first floor since it was just two of us and our dog. There was ample space outside for our dog to play. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful and it was so great to be so close to the bike path. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except the smell of dog. On arrival we worked to eliminate the odor and then everything was great. The property management company did ask if they could send someone out to clean again. We figured it should have been done right the first time so we passed. They did offer to refund the cleaning fee and we did it ourselves and enjoyed every moment after…

Very nice house!
We loved staying at this summer rental. Great experience checking in and checking out. Place has lots of space for the family and everything was super clean. We also liked that there were big closet space. Kitchen was great for cooking and kids loved the game room. I would go back for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house is very cozy and clean, the amenities are wonderful, the yard is beautiful and getting around was super easy. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great vacation spot to stay in Cape Cod. We will be back if we get a chance to revisit. suggestions for improvement: The living room doesn't have any shades so people outside could see everything going on inside the home at night which could be of safety concern. In addition, there were a lot of insects and spiders that were in the house the first day and during our stay. It would be great if the host could do something about that prior to future guest arrivals. Another thing would be the grass in the back yard. They were pretty tall and may need some cutting. The wood frames on the sliding doors are very old and were broken upon arrival. Repairs may be needed.
