"I have nothing but positive things to say except that what should’ve been a refund in the security deposit in 24-72 hours turns into two weeks. Otherwise it was a great experience, buffet was amazing food, friendly staff and very pretty hotel grounds. "

"The room was dirty. Basic areas we touch or used within the first 5 minute was dirty (window ledge full of dust from months of not being cleaned, where we would put our luggage dusty and random stuff on the ground. Mirror had a hand prints almost like a smile and spills on the wall) Staff was great, prices were expensive and hotel walls were paper thin. If we had a chance again we would stay an hour away drove longer to Death Valley just to saving on more affordable hotels more reasonably food and drinks."

"The bathroom floor needs a thorough cleaning. A drop of water fell on the floor and when I cleaned it with paper towels, it came back filthy with dirt stuck to the floor. I can only imagine the dirt that we can't see, since the bathroom floor is impossible to walk on without shoes."
